Our founder
Noah Maddox is a two-time graduate of Jacksonville State University with a Master of Science in Emergency Management and is currently working on a Doctor of Science in Emergency Management. Noah is a Grey Shirt with Team Rubicon and has served on the JSU-IAEM Executive Board in various capacities. Noah holds numerous certificates with FEMA, a graduate certification in Emergency Management, an Infrastructure Disaster Management Certification, and a Nature-based Solutions Certification. Prior to founding Maddox EM Consulting, he worked with other consultancies gaining experience and leading teams in various emergency planning projects. His experience has afforded him the ability to think outside the box and assist numerous communities and organizations develop emergency management solutions for a whole community, all hazards approach.
